Nick is the award-winning chef and co-owner of The Heron Inn at Malpas. He is passionate about local produce, especially seafood with a modern Mediterranean influence.
He started his career back in 1988 with De Vera Hotels before travelling Europe on a culinary journey to enhance his skills.
You can also find Nick at the festival with the Heron Inn’s travelling pop-up ’The Flaming Chef’ where you will be able to taste some of the amazing fresh fish and seafood dishes from the pub.
Nick’s demos are always fun, unscripted and interactive, so expect great food, laughter, and prizes!
