Jeffrey Robinson is an award winning chef and founder of St Ives Cookery School, known for his ingredient led, whole food approach to cooking, with a focus on seasonality, nutrition, and bold, honest flavour.
He was one of the first chefs in the world to be awarded a Green Michelin Star, recognising his commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing as well as 3 rosettes as well as other accolades for sustainability, creativity and innovation.
As a young boy growing up in St Ives, he is proudly representing the town on Great British Menu, bringing his coastal influence and personal cooking ethos again to a national stage.
