Masterclass Overview:
Lacto-fermentation is one of the oldest methods of food preservation, prized not only for flavour but also for its many health benefits. In this 1–1.5-hour hands-on session, Rachel will guide you through the fundamentals of fermentation and teach you how to craft your own delicious kimchi.

Each participant will:

  • Learn the basics of lacto-fermentation
  • Create and take home 750g of kimchi using Newlyn Fermentary’s award-winning recipes
  • Gain insider tips on flavour, storage, and how to experiment confidently at home
