Rob is the chef and founder behind @flavourandwine, creating luxury dining experiences across Cornwall. Formerly Head Chef at Porthgwidden Beach Café in St Ives,
Rob is passionate about showcasing seasonal Cornish produce through ingredient-led cooking.
 
Since launching Flavour and Wine in 2020, he has won multiple awards, including Best Luxury Catering Business 2024 – Cornwall and Best Luxury Private Chef Service 2025 – South West England. He’ll be cooking over the fire pit, sharing hints and tricks, and proving that a bit of smoke and chaos is absolutely part of the technique.
