The masterclass is hosted by Josh Quick who’s a forager, born & bred in St Ives, with a passion for the world of plants & wild ingredients. In 2016, Josh set up Wild St Ives, a social enterprise dedicated to inspiring connections between people, plants, and the great outdoors.
Josh believes foraging offers something for everyone and has worked with a diverse range of people over the years, from curious home cooks to grandmothers, brewers, distillers, & renowned chefs.
He also presented “Hungry for Change,” a film exploring sustainable food practices in Cornwall & appeared on Rick Steins Cornwall with a distillery he helped set up that uses wild & homegrown botanicals.
