New to the festival this year, we’ve teamed up with Mor Holan to offer an 8 person wood fired sauna, plus a 10 person sauna tent.

Expect ice baths, cold water dip tanks, sauna rituals, sauna workshops and treatments, plus yoga, pilates, breath work, mindfulness, meditation and reflexology.

Morning

8am – 9.30am
Soul Sunrise Sauna & Swim with Elizabeth Martin 

Elizabeth will guide you through meditation and sound healing to release, cleanse and renew. We allow the cleansing element of the wood fired sauna to restore and rebalance, the element of the ocean water to cleanse and experience a magical intention ritual to bring clarity and focus. These sessions will soothe your soul and nurture your mind. Places are limited so please book to secure.

8.30am – 9.30am

Beach Fitness class for Strength, conditioning & cardio with Sean Sims

10am – 11am
Dynamic Yoga session with Sean Sims 

Dynamic, flowing Vinyasa style yoga class. Connecting breath to movement to build strength, improve flexibility and help calm the mind. Open to all.

11am – 12pm
Mindful Mediation, sound bath & swim with optional sauna

Experience expansive meditations, sound healing, sauna with intention rituals and swim on our most outstanding St Ives beach, Porthminster. Book your magical experience in the heart of this land of myth and legend we call Kernow.

Afternoon

2pm – 4pm
Sauna Ritual guided by Sauna Master Nick Tettersell

Involves three to four rounds of hot and cold therapy. Combined with whisks, salt inhalations, and homemade body scrubs, Nick facilitates a safe environment in which to deeply relax and reset. Every sauna ritual is unique, and is inspired by the seasons and elements. It really is an unmissable experience.

6pm – 8pm
Sunset & Moonrise Session with Elizabeth Martin

Re-connect with the elements to re-align, empower and uplift your spirit. Experience meditation with St Ives Meditation Mentor, sound healing, sauna rituals and sea swim within the magical threshold between the gypsy light of sun set and the full moon.

Restorative yoga with Sean Sims

Restorative yoga is a gentle, passive style of yoga that helps you relax and de-stress. It involves holding poses for longer periods of time, often with the help of props. Benefits Reduces stress and anxiety, Eases headaches and backaches, promotes healing, helps you reconnect with yourself, and helps you build a sense of inner peace.
