Fish Shed, St Ives

Fraser brings a modern British approach to his menus, drawing on flavours inspired by his extensive travels. He established The Fish Shed on Porthmeor Beach, where he serves contemporary, seasonal and sustainable seafood dishes in a relaxed and unique setting.

As a two-time National chef of the year and Southwest chef of the year finalist,  Fraser  spends the winter months at 27 The Terrace in St Ives where he continues to create with locally sourced ingredients.
