Simon Stallard is a British chef, author and founder of The Hidden Hut in Cornwall. Passionate about sustainable dining that connects people to their environment, he is dedicated to using fresh, hyper-seasonal produce. Simon is well-known for his unique and inventive approach to cooking, developing his own tools and techniques. From fire pits in the sand to wind-chime fish smokers and wood-fired rotisseries, no two feasts are the same.
Having worked with and forged long-standing relationships with a number of luxury brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Victorinox, Extreme-E Championships, Krug Champagne, Dom Perignon, Filson, Grensons, Mr Porter, Bowmore Whiskey, Aston Martin, Taste London and Wilderness Festival; Simon can be trusted to deliver memorable culinary experiences to discerning audiences.
In June 2021 he was honoured to be asked by the UK Cabinet Office to cook the finale supper for the G7 world leaders in Cornwall.
