Rob holds 3 decades of professional experience and is the former head chef of Porthgwidden Beach Cafe here in St Ives.
His cooking is bold, rustic and full of flavour, inspired by his childhood in Cornwall and his love of seafood. Rob spent several years as a freelance chef in and around London and time working in kitchens around Australia and has attended culinary courses in both Thailand and India enhancing his skills and techniques across multiple cultures.
