Travis Bulbeck

Growing up in the Margaret River region of Western Australia Travis started his chef career straight out of school with an apprenticeship that led to him working in many of the regions wineries where his developed a passion for asian influenced dishes.

In 2015, Travis moved to St Ives where he took the role of Sous chef at Porthmeor Beach Café, from there he worked as a freelance chef gaining experience in events catering before taking on his current role managing West on Porthmeor Beach.
