Former head chef of The Queens – the first St Ives pub to gain an AA rosette – and co-founder of The Rum & Crab Shack.

Matt now manages the successful hotel and restaurant at The Queens as well as helping to develop exciting new dishes for the Shack, which in 2016 opened a second branch in Exeter and has its own popular house rum, Dead Man’s Fingers, now sold in over 500 bars and shops across the UK.
