Jeffrey previously owned The Loft in St Ives and now heads up the kitchen at The Trelowarren estate.
“We cook native seasonal produce only. A lot of the menu is grown, foraged and shot on the estate so we can’t help but be seasonal, we use things like aquerello risotto rice and olive oil, so we are not 100% but it’s always the aim.”
“I have a huge passion for quality produce and have started a blog highlighting the difference between local and imported produce, value isn’t based on how cheap something is.
I like to cook British food with a slight Italian influence…even though I’m half Turkish…ha.
