Chris, a Cornishman, studied at St Austell College, joining the first Michelin Star restaurant in Cornwall under Kevin Viner and then moving to London where he trained under Phil Howard and Chris Galvin. He joined Driftwood in 2007, achieving 3 AA Rosettes and his first Michelin Star in 2012. Chris cooks very much from the heart, his food reflecting his upbringing, family influences and the fabulous produce available in Cornwall. Married to Sam with a son, Lucas.
