With over 15 years experience working in some of Cornwall’s best restaurants my passion for cooking, which began at a very young age, I have gone from strength to strength. Being lucky enough to have the ocean on my doorstep opened my eyes to what treasures the ocean has to offer. The love I have for seafood turned into an obsession and the importance of using sustainable fish and fresh local ingredients reflects in my dishes. 

Over the past 3 years I have found my flare cooking on open fire, working with some of the best in the business while forging great friendships through fire. Last year I launched my own seafood business  ‘Tan&Mor’ providing a unique dining  experience using the beautiful Cornish scenery as a backdrop. Most recently I have teamed up with St Kew Inn, a stunning 15th Century local pub in the most tranquil location where we cook all our dishes on open fire. Its going to be an exiting year!
