After a busy year competing in various competitions, reaching the final of the southwest chef of the year and semi finalist of the national chef of the year, Fraser has recently taken the reigns at the Halsetown Inn, a beautiful country pub just a stones throw from St Ives.

Bringing a ‘modern British’ approach with his menus, he combines the best local and seasonal produce with flavours from years of extensive travel.
