After a busy couple of years competing in various competitions, Fraser is a twice National chef of the year, and Southwest chef of the year finalist.
Bringing a modern British approach to his menus, and combining flavours from years of extensive travel, Fraser setup his own private dining business, and hosting pop up events in St Ives.
Fraser is now opening his own restaurant on West beach Porthmeor, named The Fish Shed, where he will be serving contemporary, seasonal and sustainable seafood dishes in a unique and relaxed setting.
