Bradley is chef owner at One Fish Street based here in St.Ives. He is passionate about using the finest produce, cooked and served simply. Unlike most of the other chefs here with many accolades to their name, he has none. Yet has somehow managed to become quite popular with the St. Ives set. You’ll usually find him hiding away in the kitchen and trying to avoid all forms of human contact.
