2021 Chef Lineup announced

The Asado Fire Pit is an outdoor demo area with expert chefs cooking over fire all weekend

After the success of a very popular (and very delicious) fire pit back in 2019, The Asado Fire Pit returns this September as our main chef demo area. On show will be a range of techniques, cooking seafood, meat and vegetables over fire, using the fire pit, hanging frame, grills, chapas and an asado cross. Country Fire Kitchen will be supplying the kit and cooking alongside other expert chefs over the weekend.

Chef demos take place at The Asado Fire Pit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during St Ives Food and Drink Festival.
