Andrew Tuck is a rising star on the Cornish food scene, known for his infectious food pyrotechnics. Having worked with the likes of Lenox Hastie, Simon Stallard and Ben Quinn, he’s definitely one to watch out for this year with his feature on Rick Stein’s Cornwall Series 2 back in January, which put his food on to the national stage.
Andrew heads up the kitchen at the award-winning St Kew Inn, a pub of much notoriety storming into the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastro Pub at number 36 this year. It’s here where he is well known for his love of cooking on an open fire and creating amazing flavour combinations. With their newly built smoke house & chefs feasting table enabling him and his team to showcase their skills, their passion for food and flavour is undeniable, cooking over fire in their own very individual ways.
