Well-known chef/restaurateur Edmond Davari’s journeys have taken him to the land of magic “PERSIA” where food is considered as something holly and where recipes have passed on from generation to generation for over two thousand years.

Saffron has always played an important role in cuisine of Persia and this is where the magic begins. Edmond’s saffron-infused chicken has delighted audiences from Edinburgh to Cornwall, from Harrogate to Windsor and the queues everywhere are testimony to this beautifully presented and tantalizingly delicious food which is about to spoil guests at St Ives at this year’s festival.
